Summer Tuna Avocado Salad

The Preparation
- 1 medium avocado, chopped
- 1 medium english cucumber, chopped
- 1 can tuna flakes or chunks (approx 120g)
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
The Execution
- Place the first 4 ingredients into a salad bowl.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice.
- Toss the salad and serve!
