- 24 oz Steaks (ribeye or sirloin; at least 1 inch thick, preferably 1.5 inches thick)
- 1/2 tbsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil (optional, only for stovetop method)
STEAK SALAD:
- 6 cups Arugula
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 3/4 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup Shaved parmesan cheese
